Old terracotta tiles were reused, and nearly 150 wooden beams were restored, treated and nourished with natural oils.

The property
The house is distributed over several levels. Through the entrance hall, you step into a spacious corridor with a bedroom on each side. The hallway opens into a large area featuring a cosy sitting space with a fireplace. Here you’ll also find a separate bathroom and access to a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The very high ceiling in this bedroom is a real eye-catcher, and the room includes built-in wardrobes.

From the sitting area, there is access to both an upper and lower part of the house. The entire house is built with thick traditional walls that maintain a stable indoor temperature. In addition to the fireplaces, there are electric heaters in the bedrooms and air conditioning units (hot/cold). Much of the property has double glazing. It is connected to mains water and electricity. In 2025, two new boilers were installed.
